Recliner Wheelchair

Recliner wheelchair is a specialized chair system that offers the patient with the provision of either changing the seat to back angles, or entirely flattening it out in the back side, else forming a flat surface on which the patient can raise his legs and even lie down. These special wheelchairs prevent individuals from the risk of getting skin sores as well. But it is always advisable to opt for such wheelchairs as per the prescription of doctors or positioning experts only. Among various electronic wheelchairs that require minimum level of effort for mobility, recliner wheelchairs are known to be the most comfortable ones.

Recliner wheelchairs are feasible for those who cannot sit for longer period of time and need to change their position frequently. These chairs have a high back that reclines independently of the rest of the air and thus users can comfortably lie back and relax on it. One of the categories of recliner chairs is tilt-in-space wheelchairs in which the user can move the seat, leg rests, and back all together, and move around with better stability.
