Why need a Time management course?

Needless to say that we all work towards meeting deadlines, some stringent some not very stringent, this commitment makes up for a big part of the deliverable. There are some common traits that you would notice across the board as far as employees are concerned, working too late, usually panic towards the end, the concluding hours are hectic and often marred by errors, and sometimes requesting for extension of deadlines. Yes, this is not un-common, it has rather become a way of life, this where one needs a proper time management training.
