Performance appraisal forms – a need for them

An organization can achieve their goals effectively if their employees work efficiently. The main focus of performance appraisal is to evaluate the working style of the employees and look for means and ways to better their performance in the future. Assessment of an employee’s performance is the most essential factor for a company to judge how productive they have been. This assessment is done at regular intervals like bi- annual, quarterly or yearly. Assessment should be done to introspect the ability of the employee and their contribution to the company.
