Headache has become common nowadays due to the stressful and unhealthy lifestyle, and many rely on over the counter products from medical supply stores for pain relief. But it not necessarily be the same every time as these OTC medical supplies can provide only a temporary solution. The best way to address the cause of headache is by taking proper food and avoiding beverages and other toxic foods.
